Wine & Beverage Operations
Learning how to examines the product, its origin; the making process and packaging and service aspects of wine and coffee as well as understanding the functions of the beverage department in a hotel/bar/restaurant.
Learners will acquire brewing skills in specialty coffee for espresso based drinks and immersion style drinks. You will learn how to identify the correct use of types of glassware and cups that goes with the type of drinks served.
Learners will acquire knowledge of old and new world wines, the history and regions that they originate from and how to correctly serve them.
