Front Office Operations

One of the most challenging and sought-after positions in the contemporary hotel is that of the front-office operations. To be able to represent the hotel as the first and last person the guest will interact with is a tremendous responsibility. One must also be able to use appropriate technology to check-in/out the guest and ensure payment is completed correctly and securely.

Learners will experience and learn both systems and procedures required for Front Office Operations. We emphasises the importance of high standards in personal qualities and the provision of the highest in customer service.

By offering an all-inclusive approach, we provide learners with a comprehensive development, to ensure you succeed in the industry. Learners will experience classroom training, with a blend of practical sessions in areas of  front office reception training, property management system (PMS), understanding tourists’ needs, maximizing revenue, handling guest concerns and reservation services. Once learners are equipped with these essential skills, they will be able to effectively interact with guests, usage of PMS system and deliver a top class service.
