Food Service Operations
This course will take place in both classroom and in our simulated practical training restaurant. Participants will acquire the necessary technical skills and other relevant competencies required for food service operations.
You will experience various techniques on how to professionally take food orders, with upselling and suggestive selling, order processing and serving dishes to the table. Managing reservations and handling simulated complaint scenarios will increase the learners competencies in a variety of regular real-life situations. Participants will learn the different type of crockeries and cutleries, to pair them by courses and course by course clearing. With the core competencies taught, learners are equipped with enhanced customer service skills, professionalism and service efficiency to enter the industry.
